Anyone have any advice on balancing part-time job with full schedule at Northeast Lakeview College?

As the semester is revving up at Northeast Lakeview College, I've found myself in bit of pickle. I'm juggling full-time course load and part-time job it's like trying to ride two horses with one behind, if you get my drift. How do you manage your time effectively without falling flat on your face? Any tips on how to balance everything? And are there any resources at NLC that might not be aware of? Really could use some advice from those who've walked in these cowboy boots before. Back when was at Lamar University, it was just all about engineering equations and nothing else.
