Any Tips on Balancing Schoolwork and Social Life at Southwestern University?

I've got burning question for all you Southwestern University alumni out there imo. My nephew's heading over to Georgetown for his freshman year and want to share some wisdom. How did y'all juggle the academics with having social life? Remember the struggle at UNT, between my jazz ensemble rehearsals and those pesky theory classes! Balancing act, right? Any tips would be godsend.

I've found that creating a study schedule and sticking to it helps me stay on track.

Don't forget to take breaks and make time for yourself too! It's all about finding that sweet spot between work and play.

I'm curious, how do y'all handle group projects in your Texas colleges? Do you think they're beneficial or just a hassle? I've had mixed experiences myself.
