I have to share this because it completely changed my perspective! 🥹 A few months ago, I was desperate. My creative writing thesis was due, and I had pages of disjointed ideas but zero coherent chapters. I found a freelance writer online—technically for ghost writing help—but what happened next was so much more. She didn't just "ghost write" my chapters. She sat with me (over Zoom) and taught me how to outline, how to develop characters, how to find my actual voice. She would write a paragraph as an example, then challenge me to write the next five. It was like having a personal writing coach. 🎓

Now, my thesis is done, I'm proud of every word, and I learned skills I'll use forever. If you're considering ghost writing services, look for someone who wants to collaborate, not just collect a check. It makes all the difference! ❤️

That's an amazing story, and I'm glad it worked out for you. Seriously. But I have to play devil's advocate here for anyone reading this. A "ghost writer" who wants to teach you how to write is essentially offering mentorship, which is way more time-consuming. Most freelancers charge by the hour and can't afford to do that. You got incredibly lucky. My advice? If you want a mentor, specifically look for a writing coach or editor who offers developmental edits, not a ghost writer.
