Any advice on balancing part-time job and classes at Texas A&M Central Texas?

At Texas A M University Central Texas, Howdy y'all!. So, I'm social worker out here in East Texas, proud alumni of Stephen Austin State. But my cousin's gearing up to start classes at Texas A&M Central Texas this fall, and she's got part-time job lined up too. Balancing work and school can be tough rodeo, trust me. Honestly, remember how it was for me in Nacogdoches, juggling late night library sessions with early morning shifts. But you know what they say: different strokes for different folks.

Maybe the vibe at A&M is totally different?. It's not all about football games and Aggie traditions, right? So, fellow Texans who've been there, done that: Any tips on how she can manage her time effectively between her job and studies? And what's the scene like in general over there at Central Texas?
