Need some guidance here from my Lone Star friends. As high school counselor over in Houston, I've got boatload of students applying to Southwest Texas Junior College and they're hitting some financial aid snags. Tell ya, it's like navigating maze with blinders on. The whole FAFSA thing is proving to be more cumbersome than we expected missing forms, unclear instructions, you name it!
Swear the whole process would test the patience of Job himself. And don't get me started on the scholarships hunt for buried treasure is less complicated. Does anyone have insider tips or know of any secret scholarships? On side note, UTSA is calling my name for grad school, anyone got their master’s there? I'm curious about your experience. I’m looking for programs in education and counseling if that helps. Man, this college stuff sure takes the cake in complexity. Are other Texas college has the campus just got an edge to it? Can't wait to hear back from y'all!
