Used to be coach over at Stephen Austin State University, hustling on the field and guiding some pretty fantastic football talents Texas sure knows how to breed 'em! Now though, I've developed an interest in vocational education and its impact on local economies it's like coaching in different field, right? In particular, I've been thinking about Coastal Bend College. Know, the one down Beeville? They've got strong focus on vocational programs that directly feed into our local industries. From what I'm seeing, it's almost like they're running farm-to-table operation for manpower! It's got me pondering how this system has influenced and shaped our Texas industries. Now And speaking of stability. In my opinion, these programs are helping tackle unemployment too.
With the right skills under their belts, folks from all walks of life have fighting chance at good jobs. But hey, as someone who's traded whistle for whiteboards (yeah, I'm headed to Texas State University this fall as freshman wish me luck!
