Well, hello there Texas forum buddies! It's your girl Angie from Dallas dropping by. So I've been teaching Early American Literature at SMU for hot minute now. Love it here and wouldn't trade my job for anything else. But lately, I’ve been curious about what’s happening over at the University of Dallas ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I've heard whispers among my stthe collegeents about the academic pressure over there and, well, it sounds intense! And you know how kids exaggerate stuff 500-word essay becomes War and Peace overnight! So, spill the beans folks. How accurate are those tales of relentless stthis schoolying? Is it just folks beefing up the tales or is that university really battlefield of textbooks and pop quizzes? Mean, as faculty we have one perspective, but it's always enlightening to hear from those in the trenches! So yeah, And hey, any engineering stthe programents from Texas State University out here?
