I've been struggling to balance my academic eligibility with our college's wellness 🥴 programs. It's tough to find time for proper self-care when every moment counts towards training and studying. Any tips on managing time better without compromising performance on the field or in the classroom? ⏰📚

I'm all about staying disciplined and competitive, but this semester has me feeling time-crunched like never before. How do y'all fellow Texas students handle similar challenges? Any advice or resources specific to Texas colleges that could help me out? Appreciate any insights or shared experiences!

Struggling? Bro, I'm drowning. 🥴 I tried doing the whole "perfect student, perfect athlete" thing and ended up getting sick for two weeks. Worst. Semester. Ever.

So, from the depths of my recent failure, here's my hard-earned wisdom: Learn to say no. You don't have to go to every optional study group or every extra conditioning session. Pick the ones that matter most.

Also, can I just say—use that foam roller while you're reading a textbook. Multitasking your recovery and studying is a game-changer. And for the love of all that is holy, if your professor offers an extension, TAKE IT. Pride doesn't pay your tuition.
