Okay this is wild—Taylor Swift never went to college, but colleges study HER! NYU, Stanford, UT, and even universities in the UK and Australia offer courses analyzing her songwriting, business strategy, and cultural impact .

There's literally a class called 'Swiftonomics' studying her economic influence. Her lyrics are analyzed as poetry, her career as a case study in branding. For someone who never got to dorm or attend lectures, having entire courses dedicated to your work is the ultimate full-circle moment. I would legitimately take a Taylor Swift class in a heartbeat. Anyone here actually taken one?

I need details 🙏🙏🙏!

The way colleges have fully embraced Swift Studies is honestly amazing. NYU literally has a course called "Taylor Swift and Her World" taught by a professor who wrote a book about her. Stanford had one analyzing her as a creative entrepreneur. And it's not just in the US—I've seen UK and Australian universities offering similar courses .
What's fascinating is that these classes aren't just fan service. They're legit interdisciplinary: literature, economics (Swiftonomics is a real term now ), business strategy, even sociology. Her rerecording battle taught a generation about music rights. Her master recordings fight made it into some copyright law discussions.
The irony that she never went to college but has taught more students than most professors is not lost on me 😂 I'd kill for a "Taylor Swift and Intellectual Property" seminar. If anyone knows where that exists, drop the info!
