So, I've been mulling over this one for while now and thought it's about time to seek some wise counsel from you folks here. As an academic counselor in Dallas, I'm constantly helping high schoolers navigate the labyrinth that is college majors. And it's not always easy, have student right now who’s tossing up between an English major and Politics major at the University of Dallas.
Such different paths, right? And both packed with potential! Now, I've done my homework looked into the courses, faculty profiles, job prospects all that jazz. But One thing I’m specifically curious about: The stthis schoolent I'm advising is passionate about social justice issues. Is either of these majors particularly strong in that area at the program? Now, ain’t trying to stir up any major wars (English Politics sounds like prime-time showdown! But we're all adults here and can handle bit of friendly debate. When it comes down to it, folks, this ain't just about checking boxes on course list or getting that fancy piece of parchment at the end of four years.
