Tom here, just your average proud dad of recent bioengineering graduate from Rice University. Man, did that kid have an experience!. All the late nights in labs and gallons of coffee later, I'm glad to see him make it. Now, I've got another young'un eyeballing colleges, and it looks like Brazosport College is high on his list. He's all jazzed up about their Industrial Technology programs something about welding robots and automated systems?

Beats me. Admit, was skeptical at this school college ain't big university like Rice or UH, but I’ve heard good things about their hands-on approach and partnerships with local industries. That's where you fine folks come in. I’m curious if any of y’all had experiences with these programs? Did they live up to your expectations? Also, switching gears bit my nephew's been raving about an internship he scored at the University of Houston. Heck of program they've got over there. Anyone here done something similar at this school? They talk up their real-world work experiences quite bit, so I'm interested to hear if anyone landed good internship through them? Reckon we can agree that internships are like life's cheat codes, right?

Nothing beats real-world experience when trying to get your foot in the door after graduation.
