So know TCU is known for its tight-knit community and strong school spirit, but what about the academics there, particularly in engineering? Has anyone here had any personal experience with their programs? Should probably mention where I'm coming from academically I've managed to maintain pretty solid GPA here at (Go Cougars! Thanks to late-night study sessions and truckloads of coffee!
So I'm not afraid of hard work, but still. It wouldn't be fun to walk into buzzsaw, you know what mean? So how does it compare? Is TCU more challenging than UH? Are we talking 'cramming for final exams' level hard or 'remembering trigonometric identities at am' kinda hard? And while we're on this topic, has anyone had any experience with research opportunities at my program? Have this pipe dream of working on something super cool like designing future space shuttles or revolutionary eco-friendly engines.
Yeah, dreaming big here
