At Texas A M University Central Texas, Basically, Looking back at my time as student athlete over at University of North Texas, juggling between sports and studies was one heck of ride. Fast forward to now, I'm trying my hand as physical education teacher in Denton, still playing the balancing game with work and family. I've been eyeing Texas University Central Texas for its online courses. Mean, it's awesome to have the chance to broaden my horizons and keep working without uprooting my life.

Yet, I've got this teeny tiny doubt niggling at me. Can you really get that "college feel" you know, building strong connections with fellow students and professors while studying online? If any of y'all have tried an online course at Texas University Central Texas (or honestly, any Texas college), can you give me scoop? How did you find balancing work, family, and studies? Did it feel isolating or were there opportunities to connect with your peers?

I'm thinking about Baylor University too, particularly their pre-med track what’s it like over there? Just trying to weigh all my options here before jumping into the deep end. How did you handle this?
